A WELL-KNOWN night venue in Cirencester has an exciting addition coming soon.

Seventeen Black in Castle Street is known more for its cocktails and dancing rather than a sing song but on Wednesday, May 1 that is all about to change when the bar and restaurant opens its new karaoke room.

The room will be equipped with an extensive library boasting over 100,000 songs and features a private bar.

Director Dan Lafford said: “Consumer trends are changing. People don’t just want to go out for a drink anymore; they demand an activity to complement it.

Seventeen Black will also host a weekly ‘Sing Thursday’ event where pro singers and karaoke flops can enjoy the new equipment for free.
