Sysflex Ltd are a technology business that was established in late 2020 with a vision to bring fixed price IT & Technology Support to the local area. Although based in Royal Wootton Bassett, the founder of the business, James has lived in Cirencester since 2015. Services are offered nationwide, focusing on Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and the Cotswolds.
We offer a range of services, including IT & E-Mail support, E-Mail Migrations, Hardware & Software Sales & Upgrades as well as Cloud Telephony / Office Telephone Systems.
You will always have a friendly voice at the end of the telephone to help you, and you will have access to experienced support agents via telephone and e-mail. All queries are logged via our state of the art support system which will generate you with a ticket number. You can even have access to a fully featured portal which can show you real time updates for any live support cases.
