Our Cirencester Strutt & Parker team are based in the center of the Cotswold’s principal market town and provides a multi-disciplinary service.

Our estate agency team cover the southern half of the Cotswolds from Windrush Vale in the north, Lechlade in the East, Chippenham to the south and the Severn and Forest of Dean in the West and major in residential sales typically best in class, whether this is a cottage or a castle, building plot or a farm. The average house price is around £1 million, however our database has several buyers actively looking in the range of £250,000 up to several million.

Our Land Management team works in close proximity with the Oxford team to provide consultancy advice across Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire and North Wiltshire. Within the Land Management team there are expertise in estate management, alternative energy contracts, commercial property management, strategic reviews, formal valuations and farm agency.
