The Chamber Secretary, Claire Wardell. will be stepping down from the role at the end of February.
Claire has been our Secretary for almost five years and in that time has made a real difference. Over the years she has worked tirelessly to bring the local business community together, organise our annual Business Awards, and to promote our activities on Social Media. Claire can take a lot of the credit for making our Chamber the most successful one in Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas!
We would like to thank Claire for her input and support of the Chamber and the local business community. She will be sorely missed by all of the committee members for her infectious enthusiasm, reliability and strong work ethic. She’s been a good friend to us all.
The good news is that Claire will be staying on as a member of the Chamber, so it’s not goodbye but adieu.
We are now advertising for a new secretary, albeit with a reduced workload, as the Business Awards are being led by a sub-committee.
