About the Business
Under the Connected Wellbeing umbrella, I provide:
Counselling and Psychotherapy
I support adults and young people through grief, anxiety, personal and professional change, and relationship difficulties, including separation, divorce and co-parenting. My approach recognises the individual as part of a wider relational system and combines traditional talking therapy with creative and mindful approaches, including clay therapy and mindful movement.
Family Mediation
As a mediator working towards accreditation, I support separating couples and parents in reaching agreements that are realistic, sustainable and mindful of the needs of everyone involved, including children.
Workshops and Group Facilitation
I facilitate experiential workshops using clay and other creative approaches for individuals, professionals and community groups interested in wellbeing, self-awareness and relationship-building.
Examples of previous workshops include:
> supporting therapists in training to deepen theoretical understanding and self-awareness through clay;
> facilitating wellbeing and self-care workshops for therapists in private practice;
> working with holistic practitioners exploring professional identity and community;
> delivering creative workshops combining clay and meditation for Qigong students
