Join us on Thursday 29th January at 6pm where we will be a hosting an evening with Ben Gallagher. Former Special Forces, Ben Gallagher, will share his story of dealing with complex trauma, overcoming adversity and building resilience before going on to compete tough endurance events, arduous expeditions and becoming a professional athlete.
Mindset, growth and the importance of change are key takeaways from this talk. Ben will talk about making the most of life and prove that mental and physical illness are not barriers to achievements.
Money raised through ticket sales will go towards Ben’s foundation. The foundation was set up to establish an inclusive community where adventure and sports empower every veteran, young adult, and individuals with disabilities to unlock their potential and live with purpose. From veterans leaving service to young adults seeking confidence and direction and people with disabilities looking for opportunity and inclusion.
