Business Community Meeting

5:00 pm-7:00 pm

Chamber Events

The second of our new-look themed business community meetings will be centred around future-proofing your business – what can Cirencester businesses do to address the climate emergency?

Join this business community event to hear from community leaders and local charitable trusts on the impact of the climate crisis for the Cirencester area, some of the local initiatives in place and how local business owners can provide support, as well as take direct action to understand their environmental impact and build climate considerations into their business plans.

Cotswold District Council and Cirencester Town Council have both declared a climate emergency – local businesses can play a part in the solution but how and where do you make a start?

We’ll hear from a high profile speaker on practical solutions to the climate crisis, before holding a panel debate on the local impact and how we can all work together to address the defining issue of our generation.

Leave with new connections from the local community along with some practical hints and tips for how to build climate considerations into your business and start making a difference the very next day!

We will also be sharing details of opportunities to work on your Net Zero plans alongside other local businesses throughout the coming months.

Registration  via Eventbrite will open in due course.

If you have any queries please contact the Chamber Secretary on 07842 081589 or info@cirencesterchamber.org.uk.
