Cirencester Chamber of Commerce July Networking Event
Join us at Watermoor Point on 15th July at 6pm for our July Networking Event.
Due to postponing the June Networking Event, we are delighted that Nadine will provide her update during the July event.
Nadine will be providing an overview of the Employment Rights Act 2025 and the timeline for the most extensive employment reforms in modern times. Some of these changes have already landed back in April though research is suggesting many SMEs are behind the curve with implementation. The bigger ;headline; changes are coming into effect between now and January 2027.
If you have employees, the session is a must so that you understand what this means for the employment landscape moving forward and so that you can shape your people plans, update key policies and equip managers effectively moving forward. Not to be missed!
