On leaving school, Les went into the corporate environment, holding various senior management positions, working for multi-national retailers throughout the UK and Europe.
Nowadays he runs Prints & Threads in Cirencester providing corporate branding through garment printing and embroidery.
Les loves canals and boating to unwind and relax, plus evenings out wining, dining and listening to music.
Claire became Secretary in May 2015. Claire is passionate about Cirencester and is involved with other groups with in the town, such as The Phoenix Festival and Cirencester Community Development Trust. Claire is also a Local Town Councillor for The New Mills Ward. A mother of four and grandma of one. In Claire’s spare time she enjoys getting involved in local events and thoroughly enjoys live music.
David Fowles runs a marketing and publishing company called Cotswold Media specialising in promoting property, leisure, tourism and independent retail businesses in the Cotswolds. David is also a Cotswold District Councillor and Vice President of the Cirencester Chamber of Commerce. As a trustee of the CCDT, David is responsible for looking after the Culture, Heritage and Tourism group reporting into the main board

He has a passion for business in Cirencester and wants to engage the more industrial elements of the towns economy with the Chamber to push forward Cirencester as a great place to work and start a business
As the managing owner of Lounge Design based in the Market Place, Adam Vines has really embraced Cirencester since moving the business here in 2017. ‘It’s a great place to work and welcome from the community has been amazing. I really look forward to giving something back to the area’. Adam is also a trustee of Age UK Gloucestershire and a temporary border for Guide Dogs for the Blind.
Russell has held various positions within the insurance industry since 2005 with natural progression from an apprentice to sales management roles with corporate companies such as Jelf/Marsh, Zurich/Endsleigh. Russell now enjoys working as the Business Development Manager for Cirencester based, family owned and award winning insurance broker Lumley Insurance Limited.
Russell is very keen to immerse himself in the community with a keen focus on Corporate Social Responsibility and working with local charities and initiatives as a part of his business plan, as well as building warm, collaborative relationships with local businesses. A key step to this will be being a valuable committee member of the Chamber of Commerce.
Jen graduated from the Royal Agricultural University a couple of years ago and has recently moved back to Cirencester after missing it too much! Currently growing her Eco-Art business Jen Winnett Art alongside other freelance equine and university work.

Mark runs a Google Analytics, SEO and PPC management agency in Cirencester aimed at Cotswold businesses. He is also a Director of a PR and marketing company that specialises in representing larger B2B technology companies particularly in the eCommerce sector.
He has worked in Digital Marketing since 1998.
Mark is also a Town Councillor with responsibility for the markets and events and a District Councillor and Chair of the Parking Board which aims to improve parking in Cirencester – something the Chamber campaigned for in 2015. Mark is a former Mayor of Cirencester and a former President of the Chamber of Commerce.
Fran has worked in the Financial Services industry for five years, beginning at St. James’s Place Wealth Management in Cirencester, before starting her own business aligned to them in April 2018, when FRC Financial Planning began. Fran has grown up and lived in Cirencester for over 20 years and joined the committee to join in and give something back to other established businesses and start ups in the local area.
Hannah works at Cirencester College as an Apprenticeship Coordinator and is passionate about developing opportunities for the youth of the town.
